The mission of the fifth biennial DREAM IPC Conference is to provide a platform on which innovative clinical practices and research in the field of pediatric integrated primary care can be shared with other medical and behavioral health providers, researchers and trainees interested in integrated primary care (IPC).
Join us for stimulating plenary addresses, expert panels and blitz presentations. Don’t miss out on unique networking opportunities as well as our career and training fair. We will be continuing to offering peer-reviewed symposia, panels, master classes and programs on parade.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:
- Identify and discuss evidence based models of integrated pediatric primary care.
- Demonstrate emerging clinical techniques and implement collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches to pediatric patient management.
- Evaluate the impact of integrated primary care (IPC) models on pediatric health outcomes in their own clinical settings.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a written cancellation request emailed to the Office of CE before August 20, 2025. No refunds will be given after this date. Refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, will be given for conference registration.

Special conference attendee rate is $189. The discounted room block deadline is August 17, 2025 (or until sold out). After August 17, 2025, the discounted room rate will be honored based on space and availability.
Travel Scholarship
This year, thanks to funding provided by Nemours HRSA Behavioral Health Workforce Education Training (BHWET), we were able to offer scholarships to offset travel costs for attendees and early career professionals who have overcome adversity and represent resiliency. These awards will provide up to $500 in financial support.

Social Workers
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Nemours Children’s Health is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 12.75 general continuing education credits.
