Jessica Chapman, DNP, RN

Jessica Chapman, DNP, RN, is a dedicated nursing professional with a strong background in pediatric care and quality improvement. She began her career in pediatric intensive care, serving at two leading institutions in Washington, DC, where she contributed to nursing leadership through roles on quality and research councils and excellence committees.
Currently, Jessica serves as the Quality Program Manager at the Pediatric Health Network, a clinically integrated network affiliated with Children’s National Hospital. In this role, she leads population health quality improvement initiatives and collaboration across disciplines to advance pediatric health outcomes.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2024, specializing in Health Innovation and Leadership. Her professional interests include healthcare innovation, population health, systems improvement, and advancing health equity in pediatric populations.
