Pioneering Innovation in Pediatric Care
Nemours Children's Health Research Week is an annual scientific activity that celebrates pediatric research at Nemours Children's by focusing on all aspects of child health research. The primary purpose is to provide an open opportunity for medical students, residents, faculty, and staff to present their research to their colleagues, and to obtain scientific feedback in a friendly environment. Our objective is to create an environment where researchers can learn of advancements, discuss the future of research, and ultimately form partnerships that will transform the field of Pediatrics.
Target Audience
Physicians, residents, fellows, medical students, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, paramedics, dietitians, physical therapists, researchers, graduate students, quality & safety associates. Any and all interested Nemours associates
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Summarize the resources available to them through Nemours to engage in research activities.
- Differentiate between the foundations of different types of research.
- Apply learned knowledge to their patient care.

- Monday, May 19
In-person programming will be held in the 1st Floor Auditorium at Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida.
- Tuesday, May 20
In-person programming will be held in the 10th Floor Auditorium at Nemours Children's Health, Jacksonville.
- Wednesday, May 21
In-person programming will be held in the 3rd Floor Lecture Hall at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware.

Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs.

A certificate of participation will be provided to other health care professionals requesting credits. Please check with your accreditation board to make sure they accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Below are the credit types available to you per your professional designation.

- 12.75 MOC ABS – SurgerySuccessful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.
