I hold an MS is Clinical Trials Management from The University of Maryland and have worked in research for 23 years. I held the position of Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator at various organizations for 22 years. During this time i worked on all stages and aspects of the research process for a variety of trials including observational, investigator initiated, and first in human. I have been employed at Nemours for the last 17 years and have been in the navigator role since  June 2025. In this role, i provide guidance to Nemours research staff in the conduct of clinical research in order to improve the quantity, quality, and  efficiency of research at Nemours.
