Rishi Muchhala serves as Senior Director of Application Engineering & Innovation at Nemours Children’s Health, leading enterprise software engineering and the delivery of modern digital and AI products that advance Nemours’ pediatric mission. His background is in Data and Analytics leadership, and currently oversees implementation and delivery of a portfolio of web, mobile, and AI solutions that align technology decisions with safety, compliance, and organizational priorities. As co-chair of Nemours’ AI Governance Committee, Rishi collaborates with leaders to evaluate AI products and proposals and shape safe, responsible, and ethical AI practices. In addition, Rishi supports organization-wide AI awareness and upskilling efforts to equip associates with practical skills for safe and effective use of AI.
