Welcome to the 2024 Florida Cleft Palate - Craniofacial Association Annual Meeting website!

This program aims to expand the knowledge and skills of clinicians who care for patients with cleft and craniofacial differences. This program offers interdisciplinary colleagues from various institutions the ability to cross collaborate and discuss latest scientific advances, and treatment options for patients with craniofacial differences.
 
This event will be held in-person at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida in partnership with the annual meeting of the Florida Dental Association.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

  • Determine gaps in knowledge and management of children with craniofacial differences.
  • Review current evidence based practice and techniques to enhance care of children with craniofacial differences.
  • Examine diagnosis indications for referral to Craniofacial specialists.

The 2024 Florida Cleft Palate - Craniofacial Association Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the 4-star, family-friendly Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida.
 
The conference rate is $215 per night + nightly resort fee & taxes. This rate includes free self-parking! Take advantage of the discounted room block rate before room availability sells out or the room block expires on April 1, 2024.
 
Rooms will be available to reserve based on availability after the room block expiration date.

Parking & Shuttle Service 

 
Gaylord Palms Parking
Self-parking is FREE for attendees staying at the Gaylord Palms. There is limited parking at the Gaylord Palms for attendees not staying at on-site. The self-parking fee is $37 per day for attendees NOT staying on-site and the valet charge is $47 per day.
 
Free Offsite Parking
Free parking will be available at ESPN's Wide World of Sports (WWS) located at 700 S. Victory Way, Orlando, Florida 34747. The WWS parking lot for attendees will be published and emailed to registered attendees one month prior.
 
Free Shuttle Service
Shuttle service is not provided from other local hotels. Free shuttle transportation is only available from ESPN's Wide World of Sports to the Gaylord Palms.
 
Please allow ample time (at least one hour prior to course start) to park at the off-site parking location, take the shuttle bus to the Gaylord Palms, print your badge and locate your course(s). Refunds will not be given for courses missed due to parking or shuttle bus delays.
