Jessica Galo, MSW
Jessica Galo is Director of Specialty Care at AdventHealth for Children, where she oversees the Adler Family Coordinated Care for Kids clinic that provides primary care to children with special needs, and is home to several multi-disciplinary programs, such as the Cleft and Craniofacial clinic. Jessica also leads the health system’s pediatric mental and behavioral health program and other community-based wellness programs. Jessica was instrumental in establishing AdventHealth for Children’s new SMILE with Stella Tremonti Down Syndrome Clinic, the first lifespan Down syndrome program in the Southeast. Jessica is passionate about caring for families and children in Central Florida, serving as co-founder of the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Resource Network, board member of the Boys and Girls Club, chair of the AdventHealth for Women and Children Perinatal and Pediatrics Ethics Committee, and member of the Orange County Youth Mental Health Commission. Jessica completed her master’s degree in social work at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Jessica has worked at AdventHealth since 2009, beginning her career as a care manager in the Women’s and Children’s hospital.
