Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Nursing Workforce Solutions 2026 Program
Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy is a hospital-based, experiential nurse leadership and innovation training program designed to empower direct care nurses as clinician leaders and change agents whose initiatives measurably improve outcomes. This program will have 4 dates of content that is accredited.
Session 2: Tuesday, May 5, 2026
Session 6 (Midpoint Conference): Tuesday, September 1, 2026
Session 8: Monday, November 2, 2026
Session 12 (Innovation Conference): March 2027 - final date TBD

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:
- apply leadership skills that drive and implement unit-based changes that can be scaled up for hospital-wide impact.
- design and implement innovative projects that improve patient/family outcomes, as well as unit and organizational outcomes.
- evaluate and modify projects to ensure outcomes that are quantifiable for patients and families, clinical settings, units, and organizations.
- influence project outcomes with enhanced communication, collaboration, and innovation skills.
