This activity provides an opportunity for nurses to review current scholarly literature on a selected topic. Learners review an article and then participate in a group discussion to analyze the article content and determine applicability to practice.
Neonatal RNC Review provides a comprehensive and up-to-date review of neonatal intensive care nursing based on the neonatal intensive care exam content outlines. The 2-day RNC-NIC course provides an extensive review of neonatal critical care practice and includes high-risk antepartum/intrapartum maternal factors, physiologic changes during transition to extrauterine life, and plans of care for major neonatal disorders. Participants receive information that will not only promote certification exam success but will also enhance clinical nursing practice.

NCHF Transport Quarterly Skills 2024 Quarter 4 Regulatory Safety (1 of 3)

This Transport Quarterly Skills session will focus on transport team skills related to regulatory practices, procedures, safety, and skills. Join the interprofessional transport team in the simulation lab to review Transport Medication Preparation and NCH Regulatory skills - Restraints, CPR. Additionally, learners will participate in an Advanced Airway Station, lead by the NCH Pediatric Intensive Care Department, and an and RSI Mastery Exercise.
