NCHDE Rehab Education: September- Approach to TBI Agitation

This regularly scheduled series provides nurses the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest research, interesting cases, and evidence-based practices related to the specialty care of rehab patients.

Objectives:

      1. Identify the common times when agitation may occur.

      2. Describe nonpharmacological measures to manage agitation.

      3. Discuss pharmacological tools for agitation management.
