This regularly scheduled series provides clinicians the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest evidence-based practice initiatives, and research related to the specialty of Nursing. This month's topic is Nursing Engagement and Support at Nemours.

Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, others (clinical and non-clinical)

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the Nursing Advancement at Nemours program and list challenges and opportunities identified through a recent quality improvement study. 
  • Describe methods of engaging nurses to participate in  professional and scholarly activities.
  • Introduce the role of the nurse scientist and opportunities for nurses at all levels to benefit from their expertise.
