Pediatric Board Review and Clinical Update Course 2024

September 6, 2024 to September 8, 2024

The Pediatric Board Review and Clinical Update is a three-day course designed to prepare attendees to excel in the pediatric board exam. The Nemours Children's faculty utilize their clinical knowledge and training along with test prep questions to review each topic sharing their experience with the board exam along the way. The 2023 Pediatric Board Review course yielded a high pass rate among attendees. 

This VIRTUAL event is hosted by Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware via Microsoft Teams.

Target Audience

2024 Residency Program Graduates, fellows, physicians, allied health professionals and nurses interested in a pre-board exam review.


Syllabus: All registrants will have access to an online syllabus, which can be viewed from a computer, smart phone, or tablet before or during the conference, along with recordings of lectures after the conference.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity participants will

  • have exposure to relevant clinical updates across subspecialties to employ more patient centered and evidence-based care.
  • be able to take the pediatric boards with more confidence due to the clinical refresher and high yield nature of this annual review.

  • 21.75 MOC ABS – Surgery
    Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.
  • 21.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit

    The Nemours Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
