Jeanne Franzone, MD
Jeanne M. Franzone, MD, is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Nemours Children's Hospital, Alfred I. duPont Campus in Wilmington, DE. She is the surgical director of the multidisciplinary Osteogenesis Imperfecta program and holds the Elizabeth W. Snyder Endowed Chair in Osteogenesis Imperfecta and Co-Directs the Multidisciplinary Prosthesis Clinic. Dr. Franzone sits on the Medical Advisory Council of the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation (OIF). Dr. Franzone is the Lead Faculty member of the OIF TeleECHO educational series. She is on the Scientific Advisory Board for the OI Foundation PCORI initiative regarding transition of OI care in young adulthood. Dr. Franzone is the Co-Chair of the International Society for Children’s Bone Health (ISCBH) Emerging Investigator Networking Group. She Co-Chairs the OI Virtual Quarterly Case Review and is a member of the Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction Society (LLRS). Dr. Franzone was a 2024 POSNA International Traveling Fellow.
