MINDBODYSTRONG™ is a cognitive behavioral skills building (CBSB) program that provides a theory-based approach to improve mental health, healthy lifestyle beliefs and behaviors, and job satisfaction in clinicians. Numerous studies have reported that MINDBODYSTRONG™ decreases symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and job burnout. Session topics include:

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how that connection impacts our patterns of behavior
- Identify their most common causes of stress and worry, and how they typically respond to those triggers
- Demonstrate healthy strategies for problem-solving and goal setting.
