Objectives

As a result of this activity, the participants will be able to:

Describe the Nursing Advancement at Nemours program and list challenges and opportunities identified through a recent quality improvement study.
Describe methods of engaging nurses to participate in professional and scholarly activities.
Introduce the role of the nurse scientist and opportunities for nurses at all levels to benefit from their expertise.
