Objectives

As a result of this activity, the participants will be able to:

  • Describe the Nursing Advancement at Nemours program and list challenges and opportunities identified through a recent quality improvement study. 

  • Describe methods of engaging nurses to participate in  professional and scholarly activities. 

  • Introduce the role of the nurse scientist and opportunities for nurses at all levels to benefit from their expertise.
