NCHFL "LITe" Program: Learning as an Interprofessional Team

Each session in this series offers 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 credit, 2.0 Nursing Contact Hours from the Florida Board of Nursing, and 2.0 contact hours from the Florida Board of Emergency Services.

This series is recommended for RN, MD, DO, PCT, RRT, CCL, EMT-P, Social Work, Child Life, and Pharm-D.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
- demonstrate effective communication skills (ie. closed-loop communication, shared mental model, SBAR).
- identify clear roles and responsibilities.
- define roles of other interprofessional team members

February 2, April 26, September 27, October 4, and November 22, 2024.
Enrollment:
Enrollment in this course will occur in the moment with the use of an SMS code provided by the Simulation Staff. On the day of the activity, arrive to the NEST Classroom by 12 pm to participate in a 2-hour session.
