Through realistic scenarios, this simulation delves into defining roles and responsibilities within the team dynamic, ensuring a comprehensive understanding    of each member's crucial contribution. Attend sessions in the Simulation Lab quarterly on the first Friday of February, May, August & December.

This series is recommended for RN, MD, DO, PCT, RRT, CCL, EMT-P, Social Work, Child Life, and Pharm-D.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • demonstrate effective communication skills (ie. closed-loop communication, shared mental model, SBAR).
  • identify clear roles and responsibilities.
  • define roles of other interprofessional team members
