*In order to qualify for the Student, Resident and Fellow rate, a letter from your accredited academic institution is required. The letter must be submitted from your program director or admissions office and state that you are currently enrolled as a student. Refunds
A refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be given for WRITTEN cancellations to [email protected] received before June 15, 2026. No refunds will be given after this date. Nemours Children's is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies.

Important Hotel Booking Information
Hotel accommodations are not included in your conference registration. To ensure rooms are available for registered attendees, access to the conference hotel room block will only be provided after registration is complete. Each registered attendee is eligible for up to 2 rooms at the conference rate. If you require an exception, please contact Michael Parker, CMP at [email protected].
The Hot Topics in Pediatrics conference rate at Disney’s Grand Floridian is $299 per night, but space is limited.
The hotel reservations block will open February 2, 2026, to registered attendees.
Hotel reservation information will be included in your registration confirmation email. If rooms at the Grand Floridian sell out, a waitlist will be created. Historically, most waitlisted attendees have successfully received a room.
