Designed to foster collaboration in multidisciplinary care, this session will highlight integrated approaches across programs including the Ear Center, Craniofacial, Endocrine Surgery, Epilepsy, and GI/Colorectal services. Participants will explore team-based strategies that enhance patient outcomes through coordinated, specialty-driven care.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate the improvement in evaluation and care of surgical patients with uncontrolled epilepsy, craniofacial and cleft lip and palate, congenital cardiac disease, complex GI surgical issues as well as fetal diagnosis and interventions.
  2. Explain how multidisciplinary care for complex surgical patients leads to improved clinical outcomes and increased patient satisfaction.
  3. Describe when patients with complex surgical diagnosis need to be referred to advanced surgical specialty care for multidisciplinary care.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a written cancellation request emailed to the Office of CE before January 9, 2026. No refunds will be given after this date. Refunds, minus a $10 processing fee, will be given for conference registration.

    Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn up to 5.50 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
