This presentation covers the basis for the etiology of lightning-mediated injuries; the approach to triage and treatment of victims who are struck by lightning as well as lightning injury prevention strategies.

NCDH Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Debrief 2024

This case-based regularly scheduled series provides nurses, respiratory therapists, and physicians the opportunity to engage in detailed discussion about specific patient cases receiving continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in the critical care setting.  These discussions include, but are not limited to, multiple perspectives of the case, analysis of decisions made about the case, and discussion for improvement of patient outcomes for future similar cases.
