Solving ED Problems: The Power of Observation--Stand in the Circle- DENA Chapter Meeting
This virtual continuing education program, jointly provided with the Delaware Emergency Nurses Association, introduces Lean observation techniques to help healthcare professionals identify waste and inefficiencies in everyday workflows. Learners will apply practical tools to recognize opportunities for process improvement in their practice setting.

- Identify three ways to observe and document findings; draw a "spaghetti map"
