
2024 Evidence-Based Practice Fellowship | Day 2
The Evidence-Based Practice Fellowship is designed to help nurses learn to solve clinical problems by applying the tools of evidence-based practice, research and quality improvement. The two-day course is taught by experts who guide learners in identifying a topic of interest and developing a project to investigate it and integrate solutions into practice.
This course includes two individual sessions that cover different topics. Session 1 offers 7.0 nursing contact hours and Session 2 offers 6.5 nursing contact hours (13.5 nursing contact hours total for attending both sessions.)
Target Audience
Registered nurses and advanced practice nurses
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:
1. Relate nursing improvements to Magnet designation.
2. Identify a problem and an approach based on research, quality improvement or EBP methods.
3. Describe how to complete and print a poster for dissemination of their project results.
