Norine serves as the Assistant Vice President, Nursing Excellence at Nemours Children Health, Delaware Valley in Wilmington, Delaware.  She led the journey to achieve Magnet Designation in 2012, and redesignation in 2017 and 2022.  She provides leadership to the Nursing Professional Development team, which includes Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinical Nurse Educators, Orientation, the Nurse Residency Program, and the Lactation team.  Norine has spoken nationally at AONE and regionally at the Nursing of Children Network.  She has received several awards most notably the University of Delaware’s, Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement and the Nurse.com GEM award for Advancing and Leading the Profession.  Norine holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Executive Leadership from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennesse
