The 18th annual neonatal conference at Nemours Children's Hospital provides a comprehensive platform for neonatal nurses and advanced practice providers to explore advancements, exchange insights, and collaborate on enhancing neonatal care, fostering innovation, and improving outcomes for newborns and their families.

This enterprise-wide, interdisciplinary program will enable participants to transform completed improvement projects into publication-ready manuscripts following the SQUIRE 2.0 reporting guidelines. It will be offered virtually twice per calendar year and will be led by program directors Dr. Arezoo Zomorrodi (Vice Chair of Quality, Department of Pediatrics in Delaware Valley) and Dr. Andrea Rivera-Sepulveda (Director of Research, Graduate Medical Education in Orlando).
