Justin Andrade-Thompson is the Director of IDEA Education & Learning at Nemours, where he leads the design and delivery of educational resources that empower the workforce to help create the healthiest generations of children—grounded in Nemours Standards of Behavior and a whole-child health approach. With more than a decade of experience advancing inclusive education, Justin is known for developing dynamic learning content that equips managers and teams with practical skills to strengthen collaboration, foster inclusion, and build positive, high‑trust workplace cultures.

An expert in adult learning and civil discourse, Justin’s leadership is defined by his commitment to helping people navigate differences, embrace all perspectives, and translate understanding into meaningful team interactions. His work spans inclusion and belonging strategies, workforce inclusion education, program development, and team building, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships, transformational learning, and sustainable change management. Justin holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and an MS in Higher Education from Drexel University.
