Katherine S. Salamon, PhD, Program Director of the Integrated Pain and Wellness Program is a licensed psychologist and an expert in pediatric pain management. Since 2007, Dr. Salamon has devoted her training and practice to the care of children and adolescents with chronic pain in prominent clinics and programs across the U.S. She earned her doctorate at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and completed clinical fellowship training at Children’s National Medical Center, Washington, D.C. and Kennedy Krieger Institute, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Salamon’s clinical and research focus addresses equitable access to interdisciplinary pediatric pain management programs and the role of complementary and integrative therapies in the treatment of pain.
