  • Describe the pathophysiology of autonomic dysfunction and how it causes the symptoms of dizziness and near fainting.
  • Discuss the treatment approach including utilizing the biopsychosocial model for patient with dizziness and near fainting.

Practice Change: Refer patients to Cardiology and to the Integrated Pain and Wellness Program for treatment of dysautonomia.
