Catherine Soprano, MD
Dr Soprano earned her medical doctor degree in 2008 from the Lewis Katz Medical School at Temple University. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University/ Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware from 2008-2011. She then completed a Chief Residency in Pediatrics at Crozer Chester Medical Center. In 2012, she returned to Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware as an attending within the Diagnostic Referral Division. In 2014, she co-founded the Integrated Pain and Wellness Program at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware and is now the Medical Director of this program. Dr Soprano is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Clinically, Dr Soprano’s expertise are in coordination of care of medically complex patients and the multidisciplinary care of youth with chronic pain. She also is a member of the liver transplantation medical team. Dr Soprano is also the Associate Clerkship Director for the third year medical students from Jefferson who rotate at Nemours Children’s Hospital Delaware. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics.
