Cailin Tallent is currently a Clinical Nurse at Nemours Children's Health in Delaware. Cailin graduated with her BSN from Drexel University in 2008 and has more than 16 years of Level IV NICU experience. In 2020, Cailin earned her MSN from Drexel University, focusing on leadership and health systems management. Her areas of interest include quality improvement and harm prevention, and she is currently Chair of the unit's Practice Council, partnering in initiatives that promote best practices within the unit and hospital. Cailin is a member of NANN, regional NANN Chapters, and was previously the Director of Communications for the Delaware Valley chapter (DVANN) for two terms.

Outside of the unit, Cailin is a proud mother of two and enjoys singing in an acoustic duo.
