Kelly has been a NICU RN for over 14 years, with the last 11 years at Nemours Childrens Hospital, Delaware.   She is certified in her subspecialty as RNC-NIC.  She has moved her way up the leadership ladder as a Patient Flow Supervisor for 6 years then into the NICU nightshift Clinical Nurse Educator Role for the last 2 years.  Kelly is the lead for the NICU nurse residency program as well as help coordinate yearly RNC review course and night shift offerings for Preceptor course.
