I have been in Level III and Level IV NICUs in the Philadelphia area since 2005.  I came to Nemours in 2013.  I am currently a Nurse Clinician IV.I served as the NICU CLABSI Taskforce chair from 2019 to 2023 and the NICU Education Chair from 2022 to 2024.I recently completed the Nemours Quality Champions program where we focused on quality improvement on discharge education in our Level IV NICU.  Within our unit I serve as a charge nurse and preceptor, as well as being a bedside nurse.
