She has 20 years in HR with experiences in Generalist HR areas as well as strategic HR functions like Employee Relations, Employee Experience, Talent Development, Payroll and Compensation. Petro has worked in several industries, including Banking and Finance, Insurance, Software Development, Telecommunications and Media and more recently Healthcare. Originally from Jamaica, she lived in London, England for a few years to study and then migrated to the USA, 8 years ago. She is married, 1 child ( a son) and supported by a large village. She likes chilling and binge watching TV shows as well as travelling and taking vacations with her extended family.
