Karen joined Nemours Children's Hospital when it opened in Florida in 2012. She brings over 40 years of pediatric critical care experience to the program and has spent the last 10 years serving as a clinical educator. She currently oversees onboarding and welcoming new staff to patient care services and is the Program Coordinator for the RN Residency Program for NCHFL. Karen joined the Quality Champions Program in 2022 and represented nursing services in the interprofessional approach to Quality Improvement.
