Kelly Carlson Eberbach is a Nursing Continuing Education Specialist at Nemours Children’s Hospital, where she leads initiatives to advance nursing education, professional development, and Joint Accreditation.

With nearly 40 years of experience as a pediatric nurse in critical care, sedation, emergency care, and education, Kelly brings deep clinical expertise to her work. She earned her BSN from St. Xavier University, followed by an MSN and MBA from Lewis University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Post-Master’s Teaching Certificate from the University of Central Florida. She holds national certifications in Pediatric Nursing (CPN), Pediatric Emergency Nursing (CPEN), and Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC).

Kelly is a TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer and  serves on the American Hospital Association TeamSTEPPS Advisory Council and has led numerous initiatives to improve teamwork and communication. A seasoned educator and speaker, Kelly has delivered podium presentations, workshops, webinars, and posters both nationally and internationally.
