Suzanne Rouleau, LCSW has dedicated more than 30 years to advocating for and working with survivors of sexual trauma. Throughout her career, she has remained at the forefront of an evolving field, witnessing and incorporating significant advances in the understanding of neurobiology, traumatic stress, and the treatment of complex trauma.

Suzanne has served on the Board of the Delaware Coalition for Human Trafficking Survivors since 2019. She was drawn to the organization by the opportunity to bring her extensive clinical experience to a growing movement dedicated to improving the lives of survivors of human trafficking. Her work reflects a longstanding commitment to advancing trauma-informed, survivor-centered care and supporting efforts to increase understanding, access to services, and meaningful opportunities for healing and recovery.
