Tina Loarte-Rodriguez, DNP, RN, CPPS, FADLN

Dr. Tina Loarte-Rodriguez is a nurse executive, workforce strategist, and systems leader driving structural change across healthcare, education, and policy. She serves as Executive Director of the Connecticut Center for Nursing Workforce (CCNW), leading statewide initiatives that strengthen the nursing talent pipeline, modernize clinical education, and build a sustainable, future-ready workforce.
She is also Founder and CEO of Latinas in Nursing and serves as Author and Publisher of the nationally recognized anthology series, a media and publishing platform amplifying underrepresented voices and shaping conversations on leadership and equity in healthcare.
Dr. Loarte-Rodriguez is a Pozen-Commonwealth Fund Fellow in Health Equity Leadership at the Yale School of Management, where she is pursuing her Executive MBA and advancing systems-level solutions at the intersection of workforce strategy, policy, and organizational transformation.
A first-generation college graduate of Cornell, UConn, and Quinnipiac, she builds institutions, platforms, and partnerships designed to outlast her and measurably improve health outcomes at scale.
