National Association of Hispanic Nurses Education Program | 2026
The NAHN Central Florida Monthly Education Series is designed to advance the professional development of Hispanic nurses while addressing critical healthcare gaps impacting our community. Through one-hour, interactive sessions led by subject matter experts, participants will explore evidence-based strategies, culturally responsive care models, and emerging trends in nursing practice. Each session provides a forum for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange, empowering nurses to:
- Analyze and evaluate healthcare needs specific to the Hispanic population in Central Florida.
- Promote safe, high-quality, and culturally sensitive care delivery.
- Apply research findings and innovative interventions to reduce health disparities.
- Strengthen leadership, advocacy, and interprofessional collaboration within diverse practice settings.
This series supports NAHN’s mission to represent and elevate Hispanic nurses, foster bilingual and bicultural workforce development, and inspire future generations to pursue nursing careers. By participating, nurses will gain practical tools to improve patient outcomes and contribute to a healthier, more equitable community.
