Jennifer Kline, Esquire is a Deputy Child Advocate at the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.  Ms. Kline serves as an attorney for abused and neglected children involved in legal proceedings in the Delaware Family Court.   Ms. Kline advocates for the best interests of children, ensuring their voices are heard, and supporting safe family reunification whenever possible.  Ms. Kline is a Child Welfare Law Specialist by the National Association of Counsel for Children and has been a legal advocate in the field for 11 years.
