Stephanie S. Reid, Esq., CWLS, is an attorney concentrating in representation of indigent parents involved in child welfare matters. She serves as statewide Division Head of the Office of Parental Representation and is a certified Child Welfare Law Specialist, with extensive trial and appellate experience in dependency, neglect, and termination of parental rights matters. Stephanie is a recognized leader in multidisciplinary parent representation, having helped implement Delaware’s statewide MDT model and drafted the Delaware Parent Attorney Standards of Practice. She frequently lectures on child welfare issues and remains actively engaged in statewide and national reform initiatives to improve the quality of legal representation for vulnerable families.
