Cailin Tallent is a Clinical Nurse at Nemours Children's Health in Delaware, where she brings over 17 years of experience in Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in 2008 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2020, with a focus on leadership and health systems management. Currently, Cailin is pursuing her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification at Jefferson University.

Her professional interests include quality improvement, harm prevention, and advancing evidence-based practice. As Chair of her unit’s Practice Council, Cailin leads initiatives that promote best practices and interdisciplinary collaboration across the hospital. She is an active member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) and its regional chapters, and previously served two terms as Director of Communications for the Delaware Valley Chapter (DVANN).

Outside of her clinical role, Cailin is a proud mother of two and enjoys performing as part of an acoustic music duo.
