Dr. Cole Greves is a Board-Certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist and the Director of Complex Fetal Care at Orlando Health’s Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida.  He is Co-Director of the Fetal Care Center and has also served as the Director of Medical Quality for the Antepartum and Women’s Intensive Care Unit.  He is an Assistant Professor with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and has held additional faculty appointments around the state and country.     

Dr. Greves completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences.  He completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology within the Orlando Regional Healthcare System and fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.  His clinical and research interests include advanced surgical obstetrics and fetal intervention. 

Dr. Greves currently serves as the National Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  He is the Immediate Past Chair of District XII ACOG and also serves as the Chair of the Florida Maternal Mortality Review Committee.  He is an Obstetric Consultant to the Florida Department of Health and is the Associate Director for Maternal Health of the Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative.  Dr. Greves serves on several regional and national boards and committees, where he has been recognized for his work in physician advocacy, patient safety and the delivery of high quality and equitable care.  He is involved in numerous multicenter research trials and is a frequent presenter at various national and international medical conferences and meetings.  An established leader in organized medicine, he earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business with Phi Kappa Phi honors in 2024.
