Ms. Samardza completed her BSN at the University of Delaware. She is board-certified in Inpatient Obstetrics, Antepartum care, and Perinatal Loss care. She has recently retired after over 35 years of practice as a Labor & Delivery nurse and now works part-time as a chaplain. She has provided education on perinatal loss care for over 25 years, at the facility, university, state, and national levels. Past locations include ENA, ASPAN, Sigma, TCNS, and AWHONN. She has published on this topic in both journals and book chapters, and peer reviews in 7 journals.
