Lauren graduated from Widener University in 2006 with her BSN.  She worked in level III-IV NICUs in the tri-state area for the first 17 years of her career.  At Nemours, she has served as an ECMO Specialist from 2012-2021 and a Patient Flow Supervisor and Orientation Coordinator from 2017-2023. Lauren is currently pursuing her MSN in Nursing Leadership with a concentration in Nursing Education at Wilmington University.
