Kalen is currently the Manager of the Office of Faculty Development at Nemours Children's Health. Prior to working at Nemours she worked at Mayo Clinic as a CME Specialist in the Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development, at Wounded Warrior Project with multiple positions, and at the Dallas Sports Commission as an Event Coordinator. Kalen is originally from Jacksonville, FL and graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
