Dr. Gabriel Cruciani is a pediatrician currently training as the first Pediatric Endocrinology Fellow at Nemours Children’s Health. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022. He then completed his pediatric residency at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University/Nemours Children’s Health, Delaware in 2025. Upon completion of residency, Dr. Cruciani was honored with the Resident Teaching Award for his dedication to education, and he brings a patient-centered approach to his subspecialty training in pediatric endocrinology.
