Ingrid Hausner, BSN, RN, CCRN, PCCN

Ingrid Hausner, BSN, RN, PCCN, CCRN, is a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit nurse with a strong passion for advancing evidence-based practice and patient mobility within the heart failure population. A 2019 graduate of Neumann University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Ingrid began her career on a cardiology short stay unit before transitioning to her dream role as a CVICU nurse within the same organization.
She is an active leader in professional governance, having completed her role as Chair of the Education, Development, and Advancement Council, and continues her role as a Nursing Excellence Expert who contributed to her organization’s fourth Magnet® designation site visit. Ingrid has also advanced to the RN III level on her clinical ladder and completed her hospital’s first Evidence-Based Practice Nurse Fellowship, focusing her project on improving mobility for patients with heart failure in the ICU setting.
Ingrid has previously presented at her organization’s Nursing Grand Rounds, and this marks her first accepted presentation at a professional nursing conference. Her ongoing work reflects a deep commitment to clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the continuous improvement of patient outcomes in critical care.
