Paige Merring is the Magnet Program Director and Nursing Excellence Program Manager at ChristianaCare. She is a dedicated and passionate leader in advancing nursing excellence and professional practice. Her commitment to professional governance, healthy work environments, and nurse empowerment has played a pivotal role in sustaining a high-performing nursing culture.

Prior to becoming a nurse, Paige graduated from University of Delaware with a degree in Leadership. She then completed the accelerated nursing program at University of Delaware. Paige began her career at ChristianaCare in 2015 through the critical care nurse residency program. Since then, she has earned a Master of Science in Nursing Executive Leadership and graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Wilmington University in August. She is board certified as a critical care nurse and nurse executive advanced.
