Libby has vast experience in Pediatrics, Hospital and Payer Managed Care having held roles in Managed Care, State Regulation and Pediatric Nursing. She has been at Nemours for seven years, serving in her most recent position of Care Management Manager for the last four.  Additional experience is inclusive of her leadership function as Physician Authorization Manager. In her current leadership capacity, Libby’s expertise includes development of the Community Health Worker role, standardization of Care Coordination in nineteen primary care practices as well as providing oversight in the development of the Nemours Complex Care Management program. Libby’s steadfast leadership contributed to the program’s 3-year NCQA accreditation achievement.
