Sara has served in multiple roles at Nemours Children’s Health over the past 16 years, including project and administrative leadership and population health. She brings experience in project management, program development, and payor delegation contracts.

In her current role, Sara supports the Nemours Care Management program by developing policies and workflows and serving as administrator for the program’s NCQA Case Management Accreditation. She also led and trained Nemours’ Primary Care practices in Patient-Centered Medical Home principles, serving as project lead and administrator for their NCQA recognition.

Sara works closely with the Medical Management teams to drive performance improvement initiatives. Her work focuses on advancing processes that improve patient health outcomes and reduce the overall cost of care.
