Megan is a Care Manager and former Lead Nurse Care Coordinator committed to reducing barriers within the healthcare system. With experience in managed care coordination and primary care-based care coordination, she is passionate about supporting and empowering families of children with complex medical conditions, as well as those struggling to access care or navigate the healthcare system. In her role, Megan connects patients and families to essential care, promotes health literacy, and fosters effective communication between families and their healthcare teams.
